Triple-door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 24" diameter x 84" length main cooking chamber. Main chamber has six angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" grease drain with ball valve drain to easily open and close.  You can fill with a few gallons of water to clean and moisturize your food while smoking. Doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal prevent/minimize heat or smoke leaks.  Equipped with last forever stainless steel cool-touch handles, and equipped with three commercial grade stainless steel 3" dial easy-to-read temperature gauges.  Adjustable and removable Tuning Plates for more even temperature cooking down that 7 foot chamber.  Dual 6” x 6” adjustable Birdhouse smoke stacks for proper drafting.

 

Minimum ¼” thick wall x 24" x 30" round firebox has a heavy duty angle framed ¼” thick expanded metal wood/charcoal grate. Two adjustable air-intake vents for proper drafting. Full length front shelf (Not to be used for chopping or cutting foods directly on).

 

Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, steel fenders, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated 205/75 tires.  Matching spare tire.  Includes a 2" coupler, screw jack, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. Deck has a flat surface with folding D-rings to secure gear:  ice chest, generator, etc.  All doors lock for safety and security. Other features include standard a 24"w x 84"l rear boxed storage area. Store canopies, chairs, tables, wood, and more.

 

All food trays are steel framed in angles and sliding for extra strength and easy access to food.  Pull meat to you versus reaching inside to access on or off or basting of meats.

Sits on a single 3500 pound axle with springs for a smooth highway tow

 

Full size SUV or Pickup Truck, recommended to tow safely. Whether 6 or more cylinder motor.

 

Rental is limited to the following Texas regions: Houston, Austin, Beaumont, Galveston, Corpus Christi, Waco, Dallas areas ONLY.  All areas approximately 4 hours drive one way from the Houston, TX area.  Rentals ARE NOT to be taken out of Texas State, PERIOD.

 

 

Daily Rental: $195.00

Pick up as early as 9:00 AM and no later than 3:30 PM

and return next day by 9:00 AM

 

 

Weekend Rental: $395.00

Pick up on Friday as early as 9:00 AM and no later than 3:30PM

and return Monday before 9:00 AM.

 

 

7-Day Rental: $825.00

 

Valid Texas Driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.

Rental cannot be taken out of the surrounding Harris County counties or out of state.

 

$50.00 non-refundable fee is required to reserve unit.  This will be credited toward the total when picked up.  A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is not returned in the same clean condition as received.  All customers are required to sign a Rental Agreement.
