Great for the backyard, BBQ competition cooking, or company grill.  Can be designed/modified to add as an additional cooker to any of our Gator Pit mobiles.

 

Description:

¼” x 20” x 24” firebox/cooking chamber with dual birdhouse stacks and 1 ½” clean out drain with threaded cap.  Lower angle-framed sliding meat tray and upper angle-framed half top meat tray are both removable.

 

Lower angle framed storage area has four commercial 5” casters - two swivels with foot brakes and two rigids.

 

Doors are fully flanged to prevent/minimize heat and smoke loss.  Main door has a single temperature gauge and stainless steel cool-touch handle.  Side access door has a stainless steel cool-touch handle,adjustable dial-style air intake, and provides access to removable fire grate. A second dial adjustable air intake is mounted on the opposite side as well.

 

Drop-down front all steel shelf is approximately 23” long x 10” deep and has three utensil hangers.  A 20"x20" drop-down side shelf is mounted on the opposite side of the side access door.
