Triple-door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 24" x 72 " main cooking chamber. Main chamber has six angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" brass gate valve grease drain. A full-size heat deflector/baffle minimize hot spots in the main chamber. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal, stainless steel cool-touch handles, and stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges. A 4" x 4" adjustable Birdhouse smoke stack thru roof is standard on this pit.  Dual 160K BTU burners on front deck/nose with individual control valves, two locking propane tank holders and regulator hose.  Side door under stack and full length charcoal grate for direct grilling in addition to smoking.  Get the best of both worlds (Direct and Indirect heat) in this mobile.  Adjustable locking tuning plates for more even temperature cooking.

1/4" thick wall 24" x 24 " round firebox has a heavy duty angle framed removable wood grating and adjustable air-intake vents.  Grill firebox sliding food tray and solid plate top hot plate for beans, chili, sauce and warming other foods.  Rear hot water tank heated by the firebox with pressure release valve and gate valve drain.  Firebox also has gas assist with individual control valve.

Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, tandem steel fenders (black diamond shown is optional), tandem axle, electric brakes, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated tires.  Includes a 2" bulldog coupler, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. All doors lock for safety and security. Other features include a 24"w x 72" l rear solid plate storage box with solid plate locking top lid, full-length stainless steel front prep table, and a side wrap-around shelf over firebox for stove-top like cooking,  Built-in CD/AM/FM stereo player, two speakers, weatherproof enclosure/mount.  Metal panel folding roof.  Roof folds down and locks for safe travel and security.

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
