Double-door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 36" x 72" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" grease drain with cap. A full-size heat deflector/baffle minimizes hot spots in the main chamber. Main doors are equiped with counter-balances for one-handed operation. Main chamber is equipped with dual stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges and 4" x 4" adjustable Birdhouse smoke stacks. Side-access door provides access to the main chamber charcoal grate to allow you to easily add charcoal during long cooks. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles.

36" firebox has a top grill door and sliding food tray for easy access, along with a heavy-duty angle-framed removable wood grating and an adjustable air-intake vent. 1/4" thick double-wall firebox has 2300 degree insulation to reduce heat loss. Gas-assist is standard with front needle valve for easy flame control.

Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, with steel fenders, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated tires.  Includes a 2" coupler, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. All doors lock for safety and security. Other features include a 24"w x 72"l rear storage rack and full-length solid plate front prep table.

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
