Scorpion features and description: Total Package Price: $18,995.00 Double-door main horizontal smoker is 3/8" thick wall new pipe with a 30" x 60" main cooking chamber. Main smoker has three angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" grease drain with brass gate valve . Adjustable and locking tuning plates are standard for even temperature cooking through the length of the main chamber. Smoker doors are equiped with counter-balances for one-handed operation. Single-door secondary horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 24" x 48" main cooking chamber. Secondary smoker has two angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" grease drain with brass gate valve . Adjustable and locking tuning plates are standard for even temperature cooking through the length of the main chamber. Smoker door is equiped with counter-balance for one-handed operation. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. All smoke chambers are equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges. Both fireboxes have heavy-duty angle-framed removable wood grates and adjustable Texas air-intake vents. 1/4" thick double-wall fireboxes have 2300 degree insulation to reduce heat loss. Each fire box is fitted with gas assist and individual needle valves for temperature control. Front-mounted locking storage bin is large enough for your competition gear. Additional storage area between the smokers has a locking removable rear door. An onboard 25-gallon water tank and electric water pump provide running water to the double-bay stainless steel sink. Power for the water pump is provided by a 12V marine battery. Full-length stainless steel prep tables are mounted on each smoker. A single 160,000 BTU burner with needle valve is mounted on the trailer deck with a 12" safety wall and backsplash. The locking propane tank holder can accomdate up to a 100# propane tank. Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, with custom steel fenders, 15" chrome wheels and trailer-rated tires. Dual axles are fitted with electric brakes. Includes a 2" coupler, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. All doors lock for safety and security. All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
