Double-door horizontal smoker is 3/8" thick wall new pipe with a 30" x 60" main cooking chamber. Door counterweights standard. Main chamber has four 1” angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays (two each door). 2" grease drain with removable cap. You can fill with a few gallons of water to clean and moisturize your food while smoking. Doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal (No heat or smoke leaks), equipped with last forever stainless steel cool-touch handles, and equipped with a commercial grade stainless steel 3" dial easy-to-read temperature gauges.
Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 30"l x 30"w x 36" h, with four 1” angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays standard. Dual 4" x 4" adjustable Birdhouse smoke stacks with stainless steel cool-touch handles are mounted on the upright smoking chamber. Door is equipped with a commercial grade stainless steel 3" dial easy-to-read temperature gauge.
3/8” thick wall x 30" x 24" round firebox has a heavy duty angle framed ¼” thick expanded metal wood/charcoal grate. Two adjustable air-intake vents. Front shelf wraps completely over the firebox to offer a flat surface for warming beans, sauces, water, food, etc.
Trailer frame is minimum 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, steel fenders, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated tires. Includes a 2" coupler, safety chains, screw jack, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. All doors lock for safety and security. Other features include standard 90" long angle framed expanded metal rear storage area. Store canopies, chairs, tables, wood, and more.
All food trays are steel framed in 1" angles and sliding for extra strength and easy access to food.
