Start with a heavy duty all-steel constructed trailer designed and built by Gator Pit.  Choice of two standard sizes:  4 foot x 6 foot bed or 4 foot x 8 foot bed, plus you have the added length of the front tongue area.  Constructed of 1/4" thick x 2" square tubing, floor is constructed of 3/4" flat expanded metal, 2" coupler, top wind screw jack with removable swivel wheel, safety chains, universal light kit, steel fenders, 3500 lbs single axle, springs for a smooth tow, 5 lug/15" white wheels, 205 trailer rated tires.  1/2" reinforced side rails to secure your gear.  Trailer is completely welded.  Standard colors available:  Black, white, green, yellow, red, blue.  Pit remains high heat BBQ black.

For the BBQ pit - Choose from a wide selection of our Gator Pit smokers and grills you see on our website.  Diameter size range from 16" up to 24" diameter.  Length varies from 32" up to 60" on the main chamber.  Choose a from one of our Grills or Smokers or a combination of the two.  Browse our website.  See a pit of interest, contact us.  We will be happy to discuss the availability and options of any particular Gator Pit on our Versatile Trailer.  Pick the Gator Pit you want and the price is the price of that particular pit.  Example, you want the Backyard Classic mounted to the 4 x 6 trailer, your price would be $1350.00 for the BYC and our Sale Price of $2150.00 for the 4 x 6 trailer, making the total trailer and pit combo $3500.00.  Then you can add on your choice of extras.  It is that simple.

Want to know where the "Versatility" comes in to play?  Everything that goes on the trailer bolts-on.  Why you ask?  As seen in the above photo gallery link, you can place the trailer accessories in a variety of layouts, depending on what you need.  You can do this at anytime with household tools and within minutes change the layout.  This versatility allows you to be able to upgrade your mobile Gator Pit to another Smoker or Grill down the road without the costs of having to buy an entirely new trailer and BBQ pit.
