Single-door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 30" x 60" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has three angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" grease drain with cap. A full-size heat deflector/baffle and adjustable tuning plates allow for even temperature cooking. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles.

Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 30"l x 30"w x 36" h, with four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays. Dual smoke stacks are fitter with internal dampers. Both chambers are equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges.

30" square firebox firebox is equipped with gas-assist, complete with tank holder, regulator hose, 1/2" brass ball valve at firebox to easily control flame. Firebox is fitted with a heavy-duty angle-framed removable wood grating and sliding Texas cut-out air-intake vents.

Rear fajita/chicken grill is 30" across with a locking solid steel lid that doubles as a food prep table.

Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, with custom-made steel fenders, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated tires.  Tandem axles are fitted with electric brakes. Includes a 2" coupler, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck, matching spare tire and mount. Front and side lock storage areas are great for storing all of your competition gear. All doors lock for safety and security. Other features include overhead rear storage rack, full-length angle-framed front prep table, and a side wrap-around shelf over firebox for stove-top like cooking. Roof has folding side that lock in place during trasport.

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
