Double-door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 24" x 48" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has four ¾” angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" grease drain with cap. You can fill with a few gallons of water to clean and moisturize your food while smoking. Doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal (No heat or smoke leaks), equipped with last forever stainless steel cool-touch handles, and equipped with a commercial grade stainless steel 3" dial easy-to-read temperature gauges.
Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 24"l x 24"w x 36" h, with four ¾” angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays. Dual 4" x 4" adjustable Birdhouse smoke stacks are mounted on the upright smoking chamber. Door is equipped with a commercial grade stainless steel 3" dial easy-to-read temperature gauge.
¼” thick wall x 24" x 24" round grill firebox has a heavy duty angle framed ¼” thick expanded metal wood/charcoal grate. Two adjustable air-intake vents. Front shelf wraps completely over the firebox to offer a flat surface for warming beans, sauces, water, food, etc.
Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, steel fenders, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated tires. Includes a 2" coupler, screw jack, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. All doors lock for safety and security. Other features include standard a 24"w x 72"l rear storage area. Store canopies, chairs, tables, wood, and more. Full-length angle-framed front shelf that wraps over the firebox offering a flat surface for warming liquids and foods.
