Total Package Price: $5,475.00
Main food chamber is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 24" x 60" double door main cooking chamber with four angle framed sliding food trays. 2” grease drain with threaded cap. ¼” thick heat deflector to minimize the hot spot in the main chamber. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal. No heat or smoke loss. Stainless steel cool-touch door handles. Commercial grade stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges. 24” x 4” x 4” smoke stack with adjustable damper.
¼” x 24” x 24" round firebox. Firebox grate is angle framed reinforced ¼” thick expanded metal. Two easy-adjust dial style adjustable air vents. Side door is fully flanged with 1” flanges. No heat or smoke loss.
Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, with steel fenders, 15" white wheels, trailer-rated tires, springs for a smooth ride, single 3500 lbs axle, 2" coupler, front screw jack, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck, all doors lock for safety and security. Standard 24"w x 60"l rear storage area, full-length steel angle-framed front shelf, which wraps-around over firebox for stove-top like cooking.
All food trays are steel framed in 3/4" angles and sliding for extra strength and easy access to food.
