Double-door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 20" x 60" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 1 1/2" grease drain with brass gate valve. A full-size heat deflector/baffle and adjustable tuning plates allow for even temperature cooking. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles.

Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 20"l x 20"w x 36" h, with four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 4" x 4" adjustable Birdhouse smoke stack. Both chambers are equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges.

Single 160,000 BTU burner/fryer with front control valve is standard.

Gas-assist is standard, complete with tank holder, regulator hose, 1/2" brass ball valve at firebox to easily control flame. Firebox is fitted with a heavy-duty angle-framed removable wood grating and an adjustable air-intake vent.

Includes removable tailgating grill with stainless steel cool-touch handles, stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauge, 10" wheels and legs for ground use.  Grill can be removed and comes with the Gator hitch adapter to mount to your vehicle's 2" receiver hitch.

Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, with steel fenders, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated tires (icluding matching spare and mount).  Includes a 2" coupler, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. All doors lock for safety and security. Other features include a rear storage rack, full-length angle-framed front prep table, and a side wrap-around shelf over firebox for stove-top like cooking,

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
