Single door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 24" x 48" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has upper and lower angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays. A full-size heat deflector/baffle and tuning plates minimize hot spots in the main chamber. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. Full length solid plate front shelf with 1" edging.

Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate 24"l x 24"w x 36" h with four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a dual 4" x 4" adjustable Birdhouse smoke stacks. Both chambers are equipped with dual stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges. 2" grease drain with cap for easy cleaning.

1/4" thick wall x 24" x 24" gas-assisted firebox has front control valve for easy flame control and dual adjustable air-intake vents. Firebox also features top grill door, sliding food tray for easy access, and solid plate top hot plate.

Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, with steel fenders, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated tires.  Includes a 2" coupler, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. Dual burners up front are fitted with needle valves for flame control. Two-bay stainless steel sink with water hose inlet valve and back splash wall is mounted on the passenger side of the trailer. Other features include a 24"w x 60"l rear storage rack, full-length solid-plate front shelf, and single propane bottle holder on the tongue. All doors lock for safety and security.

One Red, White and Blue Texas star is mounted on the upright smoke chamber door.

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
