Double-door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 36" x 96" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has eight angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" grease drain with cap. Adjustable tuning plates provide for even temperature cooking in the main chamber. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. Both doors are equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges.
1/4" thick double-wall 2300-degree insulated gas-assisted firebox with angle-framed wood grate and 1/2" thick side door with adjustable vents.
Trailer frame is 1/4" thick wall x 2" square tubing, with steel fenders, 15" white wheels and trailer-rated tires. Includes a 2" coupler, complete light kit and 4 prong wiring harness, solid plate nose/deck. All doors lock for safety and security. Other features include a 24"w x 60"l rear storage rack, full-length angle-framed front prep table, and a side wrap-around shelf over firebox for stove-top like cooking,
