Gator Pit Order Policy and Agreement

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover), cash, and cashier's check or bank certified checks only.  Money Orders and Credit Card Checks are not acceptable.

We will accept personal or business checks for DEPOSIT ONLY.  There is a minimum 15 business day wait in order for the check to clear the bank and funds received.  We require final payment to be made by major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover), cash, cashier's check or bank certified checks only.

When paying the deposit with personal or business checks it must have the customer's name, driver's license, and date of birth on the check.  Also, a physical address must be listed.  If the check list a PO Box address, please write your physical address on the check.  Please ensure this information is on the check, otherwise, it may delay your order.

There is a $35.00 "NSF" fee charged or maximum fee allowed by law on all returned checks, plus any tax if applicable.

There is a minimum 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required.  No Exceptions.  Deposit may be greater depending on the product ordered.  Please contact Gator Pit for deposit requirements and payment options on your order.

When a product is ordered, you will receive a copy of your order invoice.  Retain a copy for your records.  Sign, date, and send the signed copy back to Gator Pit at the address on the invoice.  You may email, fax, or postal mail the signed copy.  Orders are not fully processed until the customer's signed copy is received by Gator Pit of Texas, LP.  This signed invoice is to ensure your order is correct.

American Express credit card purchases will have a 2% surcharge fee attached to the total.  This will be noted on your invoice.

Change Orders:  Due to the extreme custom nature of our products, any features added, modified, changed, etc. by the customer after initial order must be verified/confirmed in writing by the customer to Gator Pit of Texas, LP.  This can be in a received signed letter by the customer or via email with your name attached notifying and agreeing to the change.  You may call our office to discuss the changes to your order, however, we will still require written documentation of the changes and agreement to price.  "Change Orders" may delay your original estimated completion time and will incur a $50.00 Administrative Fee. Additional payment may be required, depending on the customer's changes.  This policy is to ensure that both parties understand the changes made by the customer and the customer agrees to additional costs.

Payments, whether deposit or in full, constitutes customer's agreement to Gator Pit's order policies stated above, regardless of a received customer signed invoice.

Again, there are NO REFUNDS/NO EXCEPTIONS on any orders and because of the custom nature of our products, there are no guarantees on approximate completion dates.

Gift Certificates are non-redeemable for cash and expire and void three months from date of purchase.  The original gift certificate must be presented to Gator Pit of Texas, LP by the person named on the gift certificate.  Copies or persons not listed on the gift certificate will not be accepted.  No exceptions.

Any and all specifications are subject to change at the manufacturer's sole discretion.
