Not your typical retail store bought gas grill that comes in a box and you spend hours assembling.  Our grills are Heavy Duty for commercial use.  Why buy a retail store gas grill that you will replace in two years or can't get replacement parts?  Get a Gator Gas Grill and be done with it.

Cooking chamber is constructed of 1/4" thick carbon steel plate on all four side walls.  Top lid is constructed of 1/8" thick carbon steel plate.  Removable meat rack is 3/4" flat x 1/8" carbon steel expanded metal framed in steel angles for extra strength and longevity.  2" drain with removable threaded cap for easy clean-out.  Front adjustable sliding air vents.  Dual commercial stainless H-Burners with 1/4" thick removable carbon steel deflector shields.  H-Burners are easily removable for cleaning and replacement.  Heat Shields prevent flare-ups from meat juices dripping and makes for easy cleaning.  Juices roll off the shields and to the bottom of the grill, while the burners stay free and unclogged of meat juices.  To lid is has approximately 12" of height clearance from the lower meat rack.  Plenty of room for the optional second half meat rack.  Standard dual adjustable top stacks.

Stand has four commercial heavy-duty 5" All-Weather casters (two rigid/two swivel).  Swivels include brakes to secure gas grill in one place.  Removable propane tank holder that secures tank on the rear of the gas grill.  Comes standard with regulator hose and commercial front flame control valves.  Each burner can be adjusted independently.  Gas grill legs are constructed of 2" angle and reinforced with angle and expanded metal.

Exterior has multiple coats of high heat BBQ black paint.

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle or extra strength and longevity

20" diameter x 32" long food chamber is made from 1/4" steel pipe. Cooking chamber has 1 1/2" drain with cap, front utensil hangers, adjustable stack, and two full-size angle framed sliding food trays. Fully-flanged door features stainless steel cool-touch handle and 3" stainless steel easy read temperature gauge. Side-access door on cooking chamber allows for easy cleaning. Stainless steel heavy-duty H-Burner uses a 1/2" commercial needle valve for precise heat control.

Stand has four heavy-duty casters (two rigid/two swivel), full-length all steel front shelf, and propane tank holder.

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
