Siracha Cole Slaw
« on: March 21, 2014, 09:31:33 AM »

Want to shake up your Slaw choices. Try this one. Not too Hot! But you can adjust that to your liking. I like this as it has just a hit on the back of the throat.
Try it for a change.

5 cups shredded cabbage
5 cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
1/4 cup finely sliced green onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
3 tablespoons Siracha, or other Asian chili sauce

Hey Wade! Good to see you here on the Gator Pit Forum, Welcome!
Wade that is really a good look recipe for cole slaw. I've got a red slaw recipe kinda like it, I use some Cajun Power Brand Spicy Garlic Pepper Sauce in it. Thank's for sharing this recipe with us.
