A little upgrade
« on: May 05, 2013, 05:08:18 PM »
Added the Maverick dual probe wireless thermometer.  Notice I put the passage hole on the stack side of the pit, above the top shelf.

I recently got a iGrill probe, from my wife and need to make the same mod.  Is there any advantage to the hole being on the left of right side?  What size hole did you drill and how difficult was it?

Thanks

I drilled a 3/8" hole on the left side away from the firebox so I would be able to set the unit on the shelf away from the heat.  It wasn't hard at all  T-up
