Upright Water Smoker and Grill features and description: Total Package Price: $3,575.00
Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 24"l x 24"w x 48 " h, with five angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and an 4" x 4" adjustable Birdhouse smoke stack. 2" grease drain with brass ball valve allows for easy clean-up of main chamber. Water inlet valve let you attach a garden hose to the pit for water smoking. Side-access door provides access to the main chamber charcoal grate to allow you to easily add charcoal during long cooks. Main door has 1" flanges on all four sides and dual stainless steel cool-touch handles for a tight seal.
Firebox is 1/4" thick x 24 " D x 24 " L with gas assist. Top grill features angle-framed sliding food tray and counter-weighted door. Gas-assisted firebox with front control valve for easy flame control, side ash door for easy firebox clean-out, and dual adjustable air-intake vents.
Full-length angle-framed front and side wrap-around shelf extends over the firebox for stove-top like cooking. Lower log rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and two heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for mobility.
All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
