Single door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 16 " x 32" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has a lower angle-framed sliding pull-out food tray and a 1 1/2" grease drain with cap. A full-size heat deflector/baffle minimizes hot spots in the main chamber. Main door is equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauge. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. Don't get hot or rust.
Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 16"l x 16"w x 36" h, with three angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and an adjustable smoke stack. Door is equipped with a stainless steel 3"dial easy-to-read temperature gauge.
1/4" thick wall x 16"x 20" round firebox has a heavy duty angle framed removable wood grating and an adjustable air-intake vent. Stainless steel cool-touch handle. Don't get hot or rust.
Full-length angle-framed front and side wrap-around shelf extends over the firebox for stove-top like cooking. 16" x 48" Lower log rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two commercial All-Weather heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and two heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for easy mobility.
