Smokin' Gator Smoker features and description:
Total Package Price: $2,375.00
Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 20"d x 36" h, with four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and removeable internal baffles. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. Smoke chamber is equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauge and a 2" grease drain with cap.
20" grill firebox has an angle-framed sliding food tray for easy grilling. Adjustable baffle between firebox and smoking chamber assists with temperature control. Firebox is fitted with a heavy-duty angle-framed removable wood grating and an adjustable air-intake vent.
Lower log rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and four heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for mobility.
All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
