Grill is 1/4" thick wall with a 30" x 60" cooking chamber. Flip-back lid is 10ga. steel with counter-balance and stop. Top food tray raises and lowers on a pulley system with multiple locking positions. Side-access doors provide access to the dual heavy-duty angle-framed removable wood grates to allow you to easily add fuel during long cooks. Side doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. Cooking chamber is fitted with an adjustable air-intake vent on either side and a 2" drain with cap.
The Grill Chef can be trailer-mounted for an additional charge. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and two heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for mobility.
All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
