Smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 24" x 48" main cooking chamber and adjustable tuning plates for even temperature cooking. Main chamber has upper and lower angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays. Top shelf is split into two halves for increased space on lower shelf. Side-access door provides access to the main chamber charcoal grate to allow you to easily add charcoal during long cooks. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles.

Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 24"l x 24"w x 36" h, with four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and dual 4" x 4" adjustable Birdhouse smoke stacks. Sliding hog hanger and six removable sausage rods are standard. Both chambers are equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges. Red, White and Blue Texas art is mounted on the upright chamber door.

Insulated square firebox has two 1/4 thick steel walls with 2" of  2300 degree insulation. 160,000 BTU gas assist has front control valve for easy flame control, lower ash pan for easy firebox clean-out, and dual adjustable air-intake vents.

Lower log rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and two heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for mobility. Rear propane tank holder keeps tank secure and off the ground.

Add our Iron Chef 160,000 BTU fryer/burner for an additional $995.00. Constructed of steel plate, 1/8" and 1/4" thick, angle iron legs, heavy duty casters (two rigid/two swivel), 1/2" brass ball valve for flame control at each burner, angle framed expanded metal bottom, and side push/pull handle.

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
