Dual Upright Smoker features and description: Total Package Price: $5,900.00 Approximately 5700 square cooking inches Dual 24"x24"x48" upright smoking chambers are each fitted with four stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges. Both upright smoke boxes are made from 1/4" thick plate with four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and an 6" x 6" adjustable smoke stack. Each chamber has a 2" grease drain with brass ball valve allows for easy clean-up of main chamber. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. Uniquely designed baffling system provides even heat throughout the upright. Baffles can be controlled independently of each other allowing to control heat in each upright. Firebox has 1/4" thick steel walls with 2300-degree insulation and a 1/2" floor plate. The door is fully flanged to keep heat and smoke in and can be locked for safety during storage. Sliding adjustable air-intake vents, Lower sliding solid plate ash pan with handle Ritch designed this pit to provide a lot of cooking space in a confined area and to serve as a true wood/charcoal smoker, warmer, etc. Lower tray can easy fit a foil pan with water for water smoking and to assist in keeping food warm and moist. All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
