Single door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 20" x 32" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has two 3/4" angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays. A 1 1/2" grease drain with brass gate valve . A full-size heat deflector/baffle and adjustable tuning plates minimize hot spots in the main chamber for a more even temperature throughout. Main door is equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauge. Stack side-access door provides easy access to the main chamber charcoal grate for grilling foods. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles.
1/4" thick x 20" x 20" round grill firebox has an angle-framed sliding food tray for easy grilling. Gas-assist is standard on the Lone Star Edition, complete with tank holder, regulator hose, 1/2" brass ball valve at firebox to easily control flame. Firebox is fitted with a heavy-duty angle-framed removable wood grating and an adjustable air-intake vent.
20" x 32 " Lower log rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and two heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for mobility. Ash rake with stainless steel cool-touch handle and hanger is included.
Red, White and Blue Texas art is mounted on the side of the main chamber.
All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
