Single door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 20" x 48" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has two angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 1 1/2" grease drain with cap. A full-size heat deflector/baffle and adjustable tuning plates allow for even temperature cooking. Side-access door provides access to the main chamber and upright charcoal grates to allow you to easily add charcoal during long cooks. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles.
Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 20"l x 20"w x 36" h, with four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 4" x 4" adjustable smoke stack. Both chambers are equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges.
20" grill firebox has an angle-framed sliding food tray for easy grilling. Gas-assist is standard on the Lone Star Edition, complete with tank holder, regulator hose, 1/2" brass ball valve at firebox to easily control flame. Firebox is fitted with a heavy-duty angle-framed removable wood grating and an adjustable air-intake vent.
Full-length angle-framed front and side wrap-around shelf extends over the firebox for stove-top like cooking. 20" x 32" Lower log rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and two heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for mobility. Ash rake with stainless steel cool-touch handle and hanger is included.
Red, White and Blue Texas art is mounted on the upright door.
All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
