Smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 16" x 32" main cooking chamber and a full-size heat deflector/baffle to minimize hot spots in the main chamber. Has removable half-sized upper food tray and full-sized lower angle framed sliding food tray and a 1.5" grease drain with cap. Main door is equipped with a stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauge. Side-access door provides access to the charcoal grate to allow you to easily add charcoal during long cooks. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles.

160,000 BTU side burner has front control valve for easy flame control.

Full-length angle-framed front shelf provides space for food preparation. Lower storage rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and two heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for mobility. Rear propane tank holder keeps tank secure and off the ground.

All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
