2448 Smoker features and description: Total Package Price: $3,975.00 Double door horizontal smoker is 1/4" thick wall new pipe with a 24" x 48" main cooking chamber. Main chamber has four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" grease drain with cap. A full-size 1/4" thick heat deflector/baffle minimizes hot spots in the main chamber. All doors have 1" flanges on all four sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. Upright smoke box is 1/4" thick plate, 24"l x 24"w x 36" h, with four angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and dual 4" x 4" adjustable smoke stacks (Birdhouse type stacks optional). Both chambers are equipped with stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges (three total standard). 1/4" thick x 24" x 24" round firebox has a heavy duty angle framed removable wood grating and an adjustable air-intake vent. Full-length angle-framed front and side wrap-around shelf extends over the firebox for stove-top like cooking. 24" x 72" Lower log rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty All-weather 5" rigid casters and two heavy-duty All-weather 5" swivel casters for easy mobility. All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength
