Quantity of holders per meat rack are limited to size of tray. Gator Pit recommends having the standard meat tray and ordering a second meat tray with Rib Rack Holders full or quarter. Ash Rake is 1/2" thick round bar, two stainless steel cool-touch handles, cut to match the inside contour of your Gator Pit. Easily pull cold ash out of your main chamber or firebox. No mess cleaning.

Fire Poker is 1/25" thick round bar. Gator Pit's unique design allows you to easily push, pull, and flip logs and stoke your fire during cooks. Comes with two stainless steel-cool touch handles. Approximately length is 36".
